Changes to the litter fee payment procedure.

Starting in 2026, we will be sending invoices so we can immediately see in our e-bookkeeping what these amounts were paid for and by whom.

How will we handle this now?

LITTER FEE:
The litter fee consists of a fixed portion, €30, and a variable portion, €10 per puppy.

MATCH NOTIFICATION:
This can be done online or via a PDF form.

After notification, you will receive an invoice for the fixed portion. This must be paid within 7 days.
After receipt, the expected litter will be posted on the website.

BIRTH NOTIFICATION:
This can also be done online or via a PDF form.

This must be done no later than 7 days after the litter's birth. After notification, you will receive another invoice for the variable portion. This must also be paid within 7 days.

PUPPY INFORMATION:
After the payment has been received, the notification on our website will be updated.

IMPORTANT:
The parent animals must meet the VFR requirements to be eligible.

PAYMENT OBLIGATION:
Failure to meet the VFR requirements does not release the breeder from the obligation to pay the litter fee.
