DEAN DECLARATION
At the latest within 4 weeks after the mating date, a breeding declaration must be made via the breeding declaration form (by post or digitally)
The following documents must be submitted with this form:
- copy pedigree of bitch and dog.
- copy patellar luxation results of bitch and dog.
- copies of qualifications obtained at an FCI exhibition.
- copies of approvals.
- copies of any other health screenings.
- copies of any work notes or titles
Once this has been received and the fixed part of the nest payment has been paid, the nest will be placed on the “Expected Litters – list”.
Forms that have not been completed correctly or where the requested documents are missing will not be processed.
REGISTRATION OF BIRTH
At the latest within 7 days after the birth of the puppies, a birth registration must be made via the birth registration form.
Online or via paper. The declaration includes:
- the date of birth
- the name of the bitch
- the male's name
- the number of puppies born (males/females).
- if there are puppies available and how many.
Once the birth registration and the variable part of the litter payment have been received, the puppy info will be adjusted and will remain on the website at least until 13 weeks after birth. After that it will be automatically deleted. You can report any change in the puppy info directly to
The breeder also receives a certificate from the association confirming that the nest meets the requirements of the association. If you do not yet have a breeder's pass, this will also be sent with you.
