Checking our membership administration
Dear members,
Everything stands or falls with an up-to-date membership administration.
When checking our data, it turned out that we have no or correct email addresses and/or telephone numbers for several members.
The lack of this makes it difficult to get in touch with you. In particular if your address is no longer correct.
This can be annoying if, for example, you no longer receive the Parson Post because the address is incorrect, or an email does not arrive, if your email address is wrong, and so on.
That is why we would like to ask you to complete this form, even if you have recently become a member. It's definitely better to be on the safe side! Would you like a paper version? Then download this form, fill it in and press the send button or print it out and send it back to the membership administration.
Thank you in advance,
the Membership Administration
Parson Post 2, 3 & 4 of 2024 will also come later.
Because the first Parson Post of the year was published later in connection with our general membership meeting of April 7 and the information regarding this meeting must always be included, all Parson Posts of the coming year will also be postponed a bit.
You can see when the next Parson Post is expected via the left column on our home page.
Editors
Report misprints in the Parson Post
Printing is and remains people's work.
Despite the use of advanced machines, printing errors are not excluded. Because we, as editors, are intensively involved with it, we notice these mistakes earlier than you, the "normal" reader.
You should think of pages that press through on another page, stains on the paper and skewed pages. The latter is noticeable because the margins, top, bottom, left and right are unequal and therefore it appears as if the page is skewed.
It is now customary in the printing industry to accept a small margin of error.
This mainly concerns the number of printed copies, which deviate and any minor cutting errors. However, this may never be more than a certain percentage of the total number.
To gain insight into how often this occurs and in what numbers, we ask you to report these printing errors to us. Preferably with a photo. In this way we can, if necessary, submit a well-substantiated complaint to the printer.
A good example of this was recently forgotten by the printer to place the house number on the address label. He then had to reprint and send the Parson Post free of charge.
Printing is not cheap and in order to avoid unnecessary costs, it is therefore important to signal in time when there are too many errors in the printing.
Therefore report any printing errors (no textual errors!)
Thanks in advance.
When is the Parson Post coming?
Given the unclear delivery at Post NL lately, we have decided to mention on our site when the 1st Parson Post has been delivered. That way you have an indication of when you can expect the Parson Post to be delivered to you.
If you have not received Parson Post after 14 days, please report this to
Please specify:
- the number of the Pasron Post not received,
- your name,
- address,
- membership number (can be found on the address label of a previous Parsont Post)
In this way we have an overview of the non-delivered numbers of Paron Posts to complain to Post NL. In addition, we can of course still send you a copy.
NOTE: The picture in the left column on the site does not indicate that the new Parson Post is out yet!
Our new FAQ in the Parson Post
When you run into problems with your dog, this is of course very annoying.
Enlisting help with this is, in our view, only very sensible. We also think it can help to thoroughly immerse yourself in the breed. What was it bred for? Perhaps the behavior that you see as a problem is something that is thoroughly in your dog's DNA. When you know this, you can see if you can provide an outlet for your dog. And you can get to work on extinguishing the unwanted behavior.
If you have a question about the behavior of your Parson Russell Terrier, we would be happy to receive it. Each edition we will choose a question and answer it.
We will do this anonymously so that no one has to feel burdened. We hope this will help you understand your dogs even better, develop a better bond and have fun first.
